Last Day of Human Pride

God has appointed a day for everyone to break the pride of their heart while living.
The day of real circumcision of our heart.
What we view as our world - our earth & heaven - will pass suddenly.
Our view of our-self will suddenly shine to our hearts in view of Scripture.

Believers often get mixed up & confused regarding this day. Their natural self sets them on untiring efforts & thoughts to process & learn how close or far their individual heart and or the heart of their loved ones & friends are with respect to this day.

He recognizes this tension & continuous striving of every hearts against their natural life. So He inspired his man to write these words (copied below from Scripture) to bring back the focus of believers to their hope of salvation and their required focus on faith & love efforts.

Now concerning the times and the seasons, brothers & sisters, you have no need to have anything written to you.
For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.
While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.
But you are not in darkness, brothers & sisters, for that day to surprise you like a thief.
For you are all children of light, children of the day.
We are not of the night or of the darkness.
So then let us not sleep, as others do, but let us keep awake and be sober.
For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, are drunk at night.
But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and for a helmet the hope of salvation.
For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us so that whether we are AWAKE or ASLEEP we MIGHT live with him.
Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.

See, it is continuing Efforts on Faith & Love initiatives and continuing Hope on Salvation.
No worries on when the day of breaking of my pride or my family & friends pride ultimately by God.
God only knows it.
Just continue focusing only on faith & love efforts with the hope of salvation.

How to cope with impending expiry date?

Accountability to One Another in Christ

  Few years back, my understanding of accountability and judgement got mixed up. If you had asked me a question related to what I did & why I did, I'd immediately think that you were judging me. And, I'd feel vulnerable in responding openly and transparently to your question. I'll often want to know why you want to know & how you are going to use the information.  But the grace of God overflowed for me. Holy Spirit showed me how these worldly principles had been set in my heart causing my passive aggressive behaviors.  Passive aggressive behaviors are the subtle and shrewd things I did or said to smartly avoid answering difficult questions.   Then, I dug into bible to learn the principles of Christ related to accountability in a church community.   Accountability is the fact of being responsible for what I do and able to give a satisfactory reason for it, or the degree to which this happens.
