When I started my career as a Mainframe COBOL programmer, I never ever imagined or dreamt of growing-up to becoming a senior leader in Tata Consultancy Services, & again at Photon, & again at Genesis & touching C-level within 20 years and with 4.3K+ professional connections here on LinkedIn today.

Thanking all my bosses without whose coaching & critical feedback for improvements, I wouldn't be who I am today... incuding the couple of bosses who fired me, for their sincere attempts & giving me chances before their firing.

Also, in this 20+ years of work journey, there was a Computer Science Engineer, who worked for Singapore Airlines & Tata Consultancy Services for 5 years & later willingly resigned to support my career ambitions & other responsibilities, for 16 years now, without whom I simply wouldn't be enjoying such career success.

Accountability to One Another in Christ

  Few years back, my understanding of accountability and judgement got mixed up. If you had asked me a question related to what I did & why I did, I'd immediately think that you were judging me. And, I'd feel vulnerable in responding openly and transparently to your question. I'll often want to know why you want to know & how you are going to use the information.  But the grace of God overflowed for me. Following is a conversation thread among a group of friends.  V: bros how are you all coping with the nearing expiry date. R: nearing ‘expiry date’? I’m looking for organ donors V: Ha ha. R: V, on a serious note, the % of days that I wake up and feel old is slowly increasing - constant aches and pains don’t help either.
