Why our Judgement is Limited & Inaccurate most often?

What I love about this 1 minute video I just received from a friend in WhatsApp is, this exactly is what is also being used by many workers of God to bring conviction in the hearts of folks who don't follow their words. 
When I encounter any such worker nowadays, I ask, 'Why don't you leave the convicting work to the Holy Spirit? or Do you think you have the mind of Christ?' 

For any answer other than 'Yes, I have the mind of Christ', I show them earlier words of Jesus in John 5:25,26,27 on how Jesus humanity has reached its God intended maturity & so his judgement is valid. 
But since they doubt in having the mind of Christ, it would be beneficial for them as well as to their body of Christ to NOT judge their sheep that don't listen to their words. So how should they view & react to such sheep?
The resolution is not to just hope or assume or proclaim that we have the mind of Christ along with Paul's words. Because it's Paul, one of the mighty Apostle's words, and Paul was what he was by the grace of God as recorded by Holy Spirit. Rather, ....
  1. ...they should focus on strengthening the sheep that listen to their words & continue loving & praying for the sheep that don't listen to their words. 
  2. ...they should also wait & pray for God's work & timing to receive the mind of Christ state.
  3. ... also, they should examine their words - whether their words are really aligned to Christ & in Christ. 
Because when a worker's words are aligned to and in Christ, there is absolutely no reason for Holy Spirit to not do his work. 
The reason Holy Spirit doesn't do his work many times are because the worker of God's words & behaviors are not aligned to the words & lifestyle of Christ.

Accountability to One Another in Christ

  Few years back, my understanding of accountability and judgement got mixed up. If you had asked me a question related to what I did & why I did, I'd immediately think that you were judging me. And, I'd feel vulnerable in responding openly and transparently to your question. I'll often want to know why you want to know & how you are going to use the information.  But the grace of God overflowed for me. How to cope with impending expiry date?
