Who is a Good leader in Christ?

Who is a Good leader in Christ? 

Whenever I come across a principle of this world, like this morning, I saw, 

"Good leaders lift others up, not put them down - and that’s how I roll," in someone's status, 

I think about the contradictory principle of Christ. This is how I practice Colossians 2:6-8, which many of us memorized in couple of our gatherings, 

leader = servant in the philosophy of Christ, 

Good servants of Christ lift our Lord Jesus & His teachings up, and then,

  1. rejoice in some listeners accepting, getting edified, & growing up in Christ,
  2. become sad & pray for some listeners who feel put down, &
  3. demand & pray for mercies of our father God to give His spirit of wisdom, revelation, eyes of heart to be enlightened, & power for inner being for all listeners.

Anyways, your thoughts? Is anything missed or misstated?

How to get rich? - A spiritual perspective

Proverbs 23:4-5 (NIV): 4 Do not wear yourself out to get rich; do not trust in your own cleverness. 5 Cast but a glance at riches, and they are gone, for they will surely sprout wings and fly off to the sky like an eagle. This proverb delivers a powerful two-part warning about the pursuit of wealth. "Do not wear yourself out to get rich...":  This is not a command to be lazy or to avoid work.
